Huw learned to read music at the age 6, is classically trained, fluent on a number of instruments and has a shrewd ear for a good tune. He can play and he can sing a thing or two. One eighth of foremost festival band Plucking Different.
From recording the radio Sunday Top 40 on a C90 cassette as a small boy in the seventies, Huw’s passion for music has taken him on a magical musical journey. You never know what he’s going to pull out next, of the hat of course.

Out to take no prisoners, Huw Janus and his prodigal producer Matt Damon will bring their A-game to the show. Expect weekly celebrity guests, music, news and banter – rendered in their own inimitable style.

Plucking Different are the UK’s foremost rocking festival electric ukelele band – performing an eclectic mix of infectious feel-good songs rendered in their own inimitable style.

Since forming in 2014, the 8-piece band have evolved into a favourite live act on the music scene, unleashing electric ukulele mayhem at festivals and live music venues across the UK with an impressive CV of bookings to match.
