There are other Marcus Mumfords but Incapable Staircase FM has the original and the best. Marcus lived in Bristol for many years before deciding it was time for something completely different.
He spent 2.5 years exploring the world with his wife on a tandem bike before returning to the UK and to his home town of Evesham. Music has been a constant companion throughout his life and he enjoys everything from folk, funk, soul, breaks, beats and drum and bass.

Tuesdays @ 4.30PM
Combining his love of adventures and music, each week Marcus chats with someone who has said YES! to something exciting in their lives and weaves in some appropriate tunes.
From driving a tuk tuk across India to cycling across the Andes, climbing mountains in the Lake District to organising a festival on Flatholm. Check out Yes Marks the Spot each Tuesday at 5pm for a slice of inspiration and a few toe tappers.

She combines swimming, kayaking, cycling and running in various combinations and is constantly looking for the next big challenge which includes a stint in politics!

If you have an adventurous story to tell and would like to feature on Yes Marks the Spot then drop me a line:
